I felt mad when I didn't want to do the laundry.
I didn't feel sad.
I didn't feel scared.
I feel glad when I got my nails done at the dentist.

I feel scared all the time because I'm hurt it's just so hard.
I'm glad that my family care about ME.
I'm sad that my mom lost her job I'm doing everything to help her.
I'm last but not least MAD that I was treated wrong it's JUST SO HARD.

You got your nails done at the dentist? Wow, that's amazing! Did you get nice nail varnish too? I love having nail varnish on, even when I have to take it off for college!

I just wanted to let you know that I really like your blog! I don't have RAD, but I have a lot of trouble with other things, like being sad and mad at myself. I am almost 20 and I am going to go to school to be a GOOD social worker when I grow up. I have 2 questions:
1) What do you think is the BEST thing for social workers to know?
2) What is the first thing you do when you start feeling mad at yourself? I am looking for good ideas.
